What is Somalia ECTN Certificate?
All shipments to Somalia must have a CTN, a necessary loading document, as of February 1, 2023. It can also be referred to as an ECTN, BSC, or BESC. Failure to provide the CTN certificate will result in severe consequences and a large cost.
