What is Sierra Leone BSC Certificate?
ACD declaration and obtaining an ENS number, also known as a CTN or BSC, are requirements for every freight as of 2015. The BSC certificate must be validated at least five days before the vessel is due to arrive.
Shipments that arrive without a BSC or with a certificate that is inaccurately filled out will be charged twice as much for the certificate in addition to an extra cost determined by the national port authority of Sierra Leone.
