    What is Senegal BSC Certificate?

    Any shipment going to Dakar, Senegal, Freetown, or any other port requires the shipper to have a valid copy of the BSC certificate, also known as a CTN.

    The destination port will fine shipments that are not covered by a loading certificate. Senegal Customs Officials established it as a law in 2008.
