    What is Liberia CTN Certificate?

    The CTN (ACD) is needed for all goods going to Liberia. National Port Authorities (NPA) started enforcing this regulation in 2018 as a result of the ministerial decision.

    For the goods to be cleared by customs, the CTN number must appear on both the Bill of Lading and the Cargo Manifest; otherwise, a penalty fee, in addition to other expenses like demurrage and storage fees, would be charged.
