Starting 1st May 2025, Cameroon’s CNSC will require RORO vehicle shipments to include proof of FIMEX registration or a valid Special Import Authorisation for ECTN issuance.
You can still initiate your ECTN request without this document, but it must be submitted before receiving the authenticated ECTN.
